Refund Policy

If you receive an incorrect item or items not as described please contact us immediately to arrange a replacement or return. Any postage costs associated from an error will be covered by MidnightOakGoods.club. Please keep original packaging as refunds, replacements and exchanges will only be valid if you have the original packaging of the item you have either purchased or received.

How to start a return

1. Email us at yunsheng823@hotmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
2. We’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label (for U.S. orders) and a return authorization.
3. Pack your items carefully — reuse the original box if possible.
4. Drop the package at the carrier location indicated on the label.

Any damaged goods for claims can only be accepted within 48 hours of receiving the goods.
Returns must be arranged and pre-authorised; pending inspection, a refund, credit or exchange will be issued to you for the value of the item. Delivery fees are non-refundable.
